Job Title: Bioanalytical Principal Investigator

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bioanalytical Principal Investigator/Study Director specializing in Ligand Binding Assays to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned bioanalytical studies, ensuring effective communication with clients
- Manage projects and studies, including reviewing and supporting protocol development, planning and scheduling work, and ensuring adherence to timelines
- Maintain quality management and compliance throughout the entire study process
- Prepare comprehensive reports on bioanalytical study conduct and data
- Collaborate with clients and study staff as needed to address inquiries and provide updates
- Oversee and manage assigned staff members, ensuring their effective performance and development
- Contribute to data presentations at internal and external meetings
- Support business development activities, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the growth of the organization
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement within the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline, such as Biochemistry or Pharmacology (equivalent qualifications will be considered)
- Preferably 5 or more years of industry experience, demonstrating expertise in bioanalytical studies
- Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and familiarity with GLP/GCP standards
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and reporting
